Bose ProFlight Series 2 Aviation headset

This configuration has dual G/A plug (PJ 068 and 1/4-inch stereo) that is connected to the aircraft’s intercom via a dual plug and is not powered by the aircraft. This configuration is the most common version purchased by pilots.

The microphone boom has winglets to assist in correct mic alignment and adjustment. The integrated boom mic and cable assembly can be attached to either the left or right side of the headset. The self-guiding connector makes it easy to attach the boom mic and cable assembly. The cable swaps easily in seconds and without tools.

The case has an open interior design and a hanging loop and a carabiner are included. The accompanying strap provides easy and stable storage during the flight.

Choose between three levels of active noise reduction, control Bluetooth wireless connections to mobile devices (on selected models), audio systems and electronic flight bags (EFB), and manage other primary features of ProFlight Series 2 from the ergonomic control module. 

Bose Connect app 
Connect wirelessly to mobile devices, audio systems, and electronic flight bags (EFB) with the ProFlight Series 2’s optional Bluetooth functions. Audio prioritization enables you to mix Bluetooth audio with intercom audio or have intercom transmissions temporarily mute Bluetooth.

The Bose Connect app makes Bluetooth audio sharing, connection management, pairing, unpairing, and renaming devices easy and user-friendly.

In what way is the Bose ProFlight Aviation headset different?
ProFlight, the most advanced aviation headset ever, has an unique combination of different benefits. It has industry-leading active noise reduction and comfortable, steady fit together with the clear sound and usability you expect from Bose products. The ProFlight Series 2 does not have as much total noise reduction as the A20 Aviation Headset.

Two AA batteries provide at least 45 hours of use without Bluetooth and at least 25 hours of use with Bluetooth. Battery life is affected by battery type, sound in the environment and which headset functions are used. An indicator light shows when it is time to change the battery.
